TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. You may call in advance of ride to transfer to a different ride date, upon availability. All date changes will incur a $10 fee per ticket. 

All Tickets –  8% sales tax added to the price listed.

NO outside food or beverages are permitted on board the train.

NO Coolers permitted on board the train.

Tax exempt organizations must call the group sales manager to make arrangements.

To reserve an entire car, 90% or more of full-fare seats in the car must be purchased.

Children’s fares ages 2-12. Children younger than 14 must be accompanied by an adult 21 or older.

All prices subject to change without notice.

Reservations recommended due to limited seating.

Payment required at booking.

Boarding generally begins 30 minutes prior to departure times.

Coolers are not allowed on board the train, except school groups with state required beverages.

No smoking or alcoholic beverages allowed.

No pets allowed. ADA service animals are permitted.

The coach section in the train is ADA acceptable. Please call the depot for more info or to make a reservation.

SAM Shortline reserves the right to cancel any train and/or alter schedules.
